Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To respect the time of both our clients and stylists, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy:     •    24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.     •    Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice could incur a 50% cancellation fee.     •    No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% no show fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.     •    Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.
